- All orders placed Monday-Friday will be shipped out within 1-2 business days. Holidays and weekends are excluded.
- All orders placed on holidays or weekends will be shipped out on the following business day.
- Once payment has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been received. You will also receive an email along with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
- If you decide to cancel or refuse shipments, you are responsible for both the original shipping cost and the cost of returning or reshipment. This amount will be deducted from your exchange or store credit.

- We do not offer refunds. However, we will gladly offer exchanges or store credit on unworn products with tags attached, with no sign of wear, alterations, or odor. If we detect an item is worn we will refuse the package and have it returned to you.
- We do not issue return labels. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost.
- Products should be shipped back to us within 7 business days after receiving your items.
- We do not offer exchanges on SWIM WEAR OR INTIMATE APPAREL such as underwear etc.
