HOW DO I ORDER?

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

Yes, we ship worldwide!

HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED?

You will receive an email order confirmation once your order has been received, in addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.

CAN I MODIFY/CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, once your order has been processed, we are unable to modify or cancel any order. When your order arrives, please follow return instructions for exchanges and/or store credit.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO ORDER?

You can refer to our SIZE CHART for more details as well as check out our MODEL SIZES for more clarification. (Remove current store size chart and model sizes AND Insert our own size chart and model sizes here).

DOES MY ORDER REQUIRE VERIFICATION?

Some orders may be subject to verification, which means we may ask you to verify your identity and/or your shipping address in efforts to protect customers and the business from fraudulent charges.

WHAT ARE THE FORMS OF PAYMENTS ACCEPTED?

We accept all major credit cards, pay pal and apple pay. Installment payment options are also available through Shop Pay and Sezzle. Unfortunately, we do not accept checks, money orders or bank transfers.
When placing an order, please be sure to enter the correct billing address that is associated with your account or your order may be declined.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK?

On rare occasions, some items may be out of stock after an order has been placed. Then and only then, a full refund will be issued.
